Our CAD/CAM capability ensures mold and component interchangeable and standardization. We have 100% CAD/CAM with both 2-D and 3-D capability. We can develop the necessary database in-house or go directly from a customer’s database to numerically controlled machining.

At present, we have employed CAE/Mold Flow and MGAMAsoft Analysis software on our design process for optimization on the materials selection, running balancing, cooling system layout, and processing conditions. Accordingly, we can reduce the tooling time and improve the quality of moldings. ” Making a successful mold on it’s first run ” is our goal.
