CAD/CAM mold engineering

Our CAD/CAM capability ensures mold and component interchangeable and standardization. We have 100% CAD/CAM with both 2-D and 3-D capability. We can develop the necessary database in-house or go directly from a customer’s database to numerically controlled machining.

At present, we have employed CAE/Mold Flow and MGAMAsoft Analysis software on our design process for optimization on the materials selection, running balancing, cooling system layout, and processing conditions.
